SAMFIX® is a ready-to-use dry powder, requiring only the addition of water. It produces a high-bond strength mortar with non-shrinking property. SAMFIX® is made up of specially processed cement, carefully graded fine aggregate and special additives. This unique combination enables it to be more compact, thinner and more versatile to impart more durable bond between the blocks with superior adhesive strength.

• The masonry units should be clean, with no loose particles or dust for better bonding. Surface of the masonry units should be slightly wet prior to application.
• Mix SAMFIX® with recommended qty of water with a mechanical mixer.
• Mix until an even consistent mortar is obtained.
• Apply uniform layer of 3-4mm thick SAMFIX® on the clean and levelled surface of masonry units using proper trowel.
• Place the next course of masonry units on the evenly laid jointing mortar bed in proper line and level. Each masonry unit should be properly embedded and set in position by gently pressing with the handle of a trowel.
• After placing the first unit, apply SAMFIX® in same thickness on both the sides of the unit, keeping continuous check of line and level.
• Clean the excess material, if any, immediately. Continue the process for the entire masonry work.
• Though it is a thinner jointing mortar, SAMFIX® gives nearly three times more bond-strength than the
conventional cement mortar.
• Ensures effective bonding and eliminates shrinkage problems associated with conventional cement mortars.
• Provides a uniform micro-cellular material structure and smooth dust-free finish.
• Eliminates lengthy process of site mixing, transport and storage of all individual materials.
• Economical and consumption is far less than conventional mortar.
• For laying and jointing of masonry units like flash bricks, concrete blocks, hollow blocks, AAC blocks etc.
