Use Method

• Pour the entire content of hardener into the resin container.

• Mix the two components thoroughly until a uniform colour is obtained.

• Mixed SAMBOND ® EP should be applied by brush to the prepared surface.

• Apply new concrete within 16 hrs at 20°C and within 6 hrs at 35° C to the SAMBOND ® EP coated
substrate.

SAMBOND® R is a powerful concrete bonding agent recommended for use as a primer for cementitious repair systems. It is a brushable primer for use on concrete. This product can also be used in mortar mixes designed for patch and repair jobs. SAMBOND® R is also useful as old to new concrete jointing compound.

Use Method

• Priming: Damp the concrete substrate and apply SAMBOND® R on the surface by brush as a primer.

• As a bonding coat: Damp the concrete substrate. Mix part of SAMBOND® R in cement and apply on the surface by brush as a bonding agent.

• Directly into mortar / plaster mix: Add SAMBOND® R (0.5 kg to 1.0 kg per 50 kg of cement) in water and stir. Slowly add water to dry-mix while mixing. Apply mortar / plaster-mix as usual.

• For old to new concrete jointing: Add 1 kg SAMBOND® R into 1 litre of water. Stir well. Add cement to this solution to make a cement slurry. Apply this slurry on old concrete surface and immediately cast new concrete.

• Improves tensile and compressive strengths.

• Reduces water loss and is good in hydration.

Use Method

• Mix required quantities of SAMSEAL® EP1 Part I and SAMSEAL® EP1 Part II in equal proportion and mix till it becomes homogeneous.

• Fill the resultant paste into the dry gaps or dry surfaces where required.

• Use the mix immediately, as it sets to a hard mass within about 60 minutes.

• Provides excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of industrial chemicals and gases.

• Sealed membrane is hard with excellent adhesion to all types of metal and cement based surfaces.

• Sealed membrane is hard-wearing, hygienic, and yet attractive in cosmetic finish.
